Please tell me why flipping up my phone and pressing "call" is ten thousand times more painstaking a motion to do, than jumping out of an airplane? I'd rather skydive out of 1,000 airplanes before I have to do anything like this again.

"Hey, I'm on my way home."

"Oh yeah? Where are you?"

"I just got off at Clark."

He sounded as though he had been crying. "You want to talk?"

"Yeah. Can I come over or do you just want to go to bed?" holy shit, I can't believe I just said that.

*pause* ".. Are you serious?" Holy Shit, I can't believe he just said that.
