Day 10:

I slept in again today. I had an episode regarding the salt water flush where I actually started crying. I am done with it.

I was toying around with the idea of going a few more days, but I will end this today. I will probably do another cleanse maybe in January, and hopefully for a longer period of time. But, for now, I feel this is an excellent first try. I am totally okay with starting the orange juice tomorrow.

I want to start running. Before starting this cleanse, I had planned to make running a major part of my life and now I can pick up where I left off.

Double shift tomorrow, and I'm hoping the orange juice and water will be able to sustain me.
